I had a wonderful experience with this hotel. The overall service was exceptional, and the staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism, hospitality, and attention to guest satisfaction. Every request was handled efficiently and with great care. I would also like to specifically appreciate the Virtual Assistant, Grey, for providing prompt, accurate, and professional support throughout the process. Grey was extremely helpful, responsive, and ensured that all queries were addressed smoothly, contributing significantly to a seamless guest experience. The combination of excellent hotel service and outstanding virtual assistance made my experience truly memorable. Highly recommended.

Stayed at a few hotels around this location and I must say this was one of favorites. Rooms were updated with new tech. Outside decor was an amazing look. Will definitely be coming back. My only critic would be the room I stayed in, none if the USB ports worked and were broken. Everything was great and it's right next door to a huge pool hall.

This was close to the airport and is opposite the traffic from downtown SFO so it was very convenient. We checked in with a live agent on the screen which was something new to me. The process was quick and easy and we got assigned our rooms and a code for the door emailed to us. There’s coffee, tea, hot water, sugar and creamer in the front desk building. There’s also table and chairs and a patio area if you want to chill, relax, get some work or reading done. There’s enough parking space and it’s located in a neighborhood where I personally felt safe. The room was spacious. I like the minimalist layout of the room. There’s a king sized bed, a clothes hanging area, large screen TV, mini fridge, Keurig machine and microwave. Bathroom is small but it has enough room for 2 people to move around in. The cons: it’s a spring bed so it was a bit uncomfortable and noisy when you move around. The bed frame is galvanized steel where we hit out foot several times and makes this loud rattling sound after. I would give 5 stars if the bed was better. Overall, it was a good, restful 2-day stay.

Awesome motel. Really comes up on so, inconspicuous location. Room was very clean, comfy bed, clean and large bathroom. Parking was tight but ample. Check in was a bit trying - had to do a remote check in and the speaker was fuzzy so it was hard to understand. But we found it, parked easily, and slept well - can't ask for more. We arrived at midnight and it was very quiet. That was a huge plus. Easy to fall asleep and continue on the next morning.
